The prices are per day and are exclusive of tax at 8.97 percent. For bookings of 2 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of $30. For bookings of 4 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. The final balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. A credit card swipe is taken as a security deposit on arrival by our management company.
