Branson Lakeside Condo Rentals

On-line bookings must accompany a 25% deposit to secure your reservation. We will accept checks for a deposit but your reservation is not guaranteed until we have received your check. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will confirm the booking by email. The final balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. A credit card authorization is taken as a security deposit at the time final payment is received. Bookings of 2 days or less incur a cleaning surcharge of $30 and we offer a discount for bookings of 4 days or more.

After completion of the on-line booking form, we will email you with a credit card payment option for your deposit, unless your arrival date is less than 14 days away. If your stay is less than 14 days away, your reservation is not complete until you contact us by phone at 1-866-661-2482 to make payment arrangements. You can pay securely using any major credit card via Paypal in USD. We also accept USD checks.
