The condominium holds 4 people in 2 bedrooms comfortably, plus a sofa sleeper in the living room will accommodate another 2 people.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the condominium. No pets are allowed.
The resort property is adjacent to Silver Dollar City and the closest residential community to the park. Indian Point marina and Ledgestone golf course are both 3 mi away and less than 10 minutes drive. The condo is about as close to the Branson area as possible while still being on Table Rock lake. Most destinations in Branson are within 15-20mins drive. This is one of the major reasons this is such a sought after area. After a long day at the parks or lake you can get the children home and into bed in a matter of minutes!
The condominium is fully equipped for all your likely vacation requirements. Bed linen and towels are provided. An initial supply of laundry detergent/dish washing soap/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you may have to top-off as needed.
A stereo TV in the living room has cable and both DVD player and VCR player. The TV has video plugs in the front to accommodate playstations, game cubes, xbox, etc. You can swim in the outdoor pool, or relax in the hot tub, or play a game of tennis.
The condominium is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and their is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
